  POSITION SUMMARY

  We are currently seeking a night shift Maintenance Technician. Our night shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:18pm to 2:18am with a paid half hour dinner break and a 15% shift premium. Our technicians apply methods, best practices, and procedures in preventative maintenance, inspection, diagnostics and repair, of buildings, utilities, equipment and machinery.

  ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  The ability to read and interpret diagrams, sketches, controls schematics, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications.

  Perform preventive maintenance tasks and repairs throughout the facility.

  Accurately record the maintenance performed in our systems.

  Exceptional troubleshooting skills.

  Clean equipment when required.

  Solid PLC knowledge.

  Proficiency in working with industrial electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

  Read and understand work order requirements.

  Must be able to obtain forklift and genie boom certification and operate safely

  Observe safety requirements and use all required safety equipment.

  Must be able to work overtime as needed.

  Perform other duties, as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES

  High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.

  2+ years CNC maintenance experience.

  Solid experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repairs on CNC equipment, including realignment and adjustments.

  Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  Good Communication skills.

  Safety conscious and able to make safe decisions.

  Proficient computer skills.

  Able to form and execute a plan.

  Mechanically astute and able to recognize and think through problems.

  Must exhibit attention to detail.

  Must have ability to handle stressful situations.

  Must be able to listen and follow direction.

  Must be comfortable working with high voltages.

  Understanding of advanced machine maintenance plans

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

  Noise levels ranging from quiet to extremely loud

  Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection

  May occasionally lift and /or move up to 10-50 pounds
