SUMMARY: As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day to day support of FLOE facilities located in Hoyt Lakes. Responsibilities include general upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment, as well as maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems needed to support company operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reinforce and promote all FLOE Core Values in daily interactions with coworkers and vendors Performs maintenance tasks to support the production area and the entire facility. o Services and repairs electromechanical equipment in Manufacturing o Services and repairs welders, jigs and fixtures. o Install, repair or replace facility & building hardware, i.e.; doors windows, locks, etc. o Manage general grounds & facilities maintenance activities, including mowing, snow removal, janitorial services oversight, etc. o Repairs Robots and controls. Understands and complies with OSHA safety regulations. Performs prescribed repairs, preventative maintenance and inspections on machinery and the building or grounds as needed. o Includes presses, punches, tooling, robots etc. o Welders, jigs and fixtures (including supplies inventory) o Installs tooling in presses as needed o HVAC systems (filters, etc.) o Overhead doors o fire extinguishers o cranes o oversight of first aid, eyewash and AED program and vendor services o general walk-through of facility & grounds Requires high energy and attention to detail Assist with preparation for and clean up of company events Other related duties may be assigned.
