We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in Framingham, MA. You will join a team whose duties and responsibilities include:

　　· Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.

　　· Preparing open apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.

　　· Performing routine preventative maintenance.

　　· Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of the property, including custodial work, groundskeeping, and exterior maintenance.

　　· Supervising and working with contractors.

　　· Utilizing the Yardi mobile app to process work orders and enter time worked.

　　· Assessing the site needs and communicating with the Maintenance Superintendent and Property Manager.

　　The work hours are 9:00-5:00, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.

　　We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Someone willing to participate in all levels of maintenance to support the property and our team.

　　· Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.

　　· Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also preferred.

　　· Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

　　· This position includes participation in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.

　　· A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
