Job Description

　　The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　2+ years experience working in Maintenance

　　1+ years experience working with preventative maintenance

　　Hands on experience changing door knobs, toilet repair, and painting Residential background would align well from Apartments, Retirement Homes, or Schools. null
