Description:

　　Working on various vats, boilers, conveyors, tanks, plumbing, & suction systems for the processing of cheese.

　　Assisting with daily preventive maintenance on all equipment & systems.

　　Trouble shooting and repairing of hydraulic, pneumatic, & mechanical equipment.

　　Light electrical trouble shooting

　　Use of blue prints, schematics, power tools, & hand tools on a hourly basis.

　　Ability to use computers to update records and logs

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　1 year+ of mechanical technician experience-in this candidate must be able to preform both preventive maintenance & repair by mechanical troubleshooting. Experience need to be in electrical and mechanical
