Maintenance Technician

　　$18-$32/hr. DOE

　　Multiple Shifts Available! Day shift: Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p, Swing Shift Mon-Fri 2p-10:30p

　　Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!! A market leader for innovative and cost-effective aerospace composite structures is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the facilities and manufacturing equipment, making sure it operates at the utmost potential and is maintained to ensure maximum availability.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to a defined schedule and maintain preventative maintenance instructions.

　　Troubleshoot electrical and control issues with equipment and SCADA system, provide accurate time estimates on maintenance functions.

　　Work with production scheduling when maintaining facilities/equipment to ensure production impact is minimized.

　　Coordinate work activities with outside contractors and vendors as needed.

　　Ensure all equipment/facilities are 100% complaint to standard safety practices.

　　Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

　　Qualifications:

　　High School diploma, GED or equivalent level of education preferred.

　　Two years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

　　Ability to climb ladders, operate hand and power tools, drive forklift, assemble heavy mechanisms.

　　Ability to stand, sit, lift, bend and climb throughout shift.

　　Valid Iowa drivers license preferred.

　　Ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently.

　　Benefits & Pay:
