This position operates mechanical equipment such as motors, hydraulic systems and pumps, conveyor systems, production machines and equipment, hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring and testing instruments.

　　What You'll Do:•    Observe devices in operation to locate root cause of problem•    Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts•    Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments•    Repair and/or replace defective parts; testing of device to observe performance; test for electrical and hydraulic circuitry and mechanical systems; order supplies and repair items as necessary•    Support continuous improvement of the PM work instructions; adding, removing, defining these instructions and express improvements suggested to the Maintenance Manager•    Engage in proactive maintenance activities that include repairing air leaks, oil leaks, replacing components, continuous improvement activities, project work, and minor repairs to equipment•    Act as a proactive team member and work closely with the maintenance Supervisor•    Analyze and recommend engineered solutions to failures•    Troubleshoot and repair PLC problems•    Perform Lockout/Tag out procedures for equipment•    Lay out, wire, build, and troubleshoot electrical panels and/or other machinery•    Provide leadership and assistanceWhy You'll Love Working for Us:•    Comprehensive Benefits Package to include medical, dental, and vision insurance•    Health Savings Account with annual employer contributions and Flexible Spending Accounts•    Career Development and On-The-Job Training•    Employer 401K Match•    Employee Assistance Program•    Paid vacation and holidaysRequirements:
