　　Openings in Amherst, Depew, and Tonawanda (bus route accessible), NY as well as a temporary opening for the Amherst area!

　　This position is temporary to hire & our client offers: * a pay rate of $18 - $21/hr. (depending on experience) * great benefits once hired permanently * 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm, M-F schedule

　　Skills, Qualifications, Requirements for the Property Maintenance Technician: * When assigned On Call duty, must respond to after hours & emergency maintenance calls within 20 minutes of being contacted by answering service. On average, on call equals one time per week. There are often many weeks with no after hours calls. * Must have valid driver's license & registered, inspected motor vehicle. * Must have own tools & not live further than 20 minutes from location. * Mechanical ability, as well as general knowledge of electrical & plumbing. * Knowledge of HVAC systems is a ++++, but not required. * Personable, professional attitude.
