Maintenance Tech

　　Monday - Friday, 7A - 3P with overtime and on-call as needed

This Maintenance Tech will execute day-to-day operations of the plant to accomplish key results, objectives and drive general upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment helping to ensure maximum uptime and productivity for the operations team. 　　Responsibilities will include:

　　Perform all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

　　Responsible for general upkeep and maintenance of facility and equipment as needed.

　　Repair, maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as: pumps, motors, valves, manifolds, and gauges

　　Layout, cut, fit, and prepare material for welding

　　Work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions

　　Complete general preventative activities, repairs, and housekeeping task

　　May support daily operational needs when required

　　Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork

　　Requirements:

　　Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of pipeline systems

　　Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings

　　Must possess basic math skills in regard to addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

　　Ability to accept supervision/direction and work effectively and cooperatively with other people

　　Some level of previous welding experience

　　While performing duties if the job, employee will regularly sit/stand; use hands/fingers; reach with arms and hands; kneel; crouch; crawl; climb up/down ladders; frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs

　　Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, weekend, and holidays as needed and required

　　Must be available to respond to callouts as assigned

　　Able to travel occasionally to City of Houston

　　High school or equivalent diploma
