　　How you make a difference

　　The Maintenance TechnicianatNeuroBehavioralHospitals (NBH)performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical servicing.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Perform maintenance tasks such as painting walls, repairing scuff marks on doors and walls, and servicing heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.

　　Maintain and service all equipment and respond to any after-hours emergencies while on call.

　　Complete assigned work orders and maintain the EAM work order system.

　　Conduct daily inventory of tools to ensure availability and proper functioning.

　　Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the facility by performing necessary maintenance tasks.

　　Qualifications & Requirements

　　Education

　　High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience

　　Three (3) years of general maintenance experience.Licenses/Certifications

　　EPA certificate for refrigerants

　　1 year of HVAC training preferred.
