Assist with snow removal on driveways,sidewalks, and outside of office. Complete on-call emergencymaintenance. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Must have your ownvehicle and a valid driver\'s license. Previous maintenance experiencerequired. Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience in servicing,troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety ofitems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, standardappliances and pool maintenance (if applicable).
