Theemployee should be able to coordinate maintenance vendors to handle anyfacility breakdown. Key Job Activities: Performs all duties and tasks inaccordance manufacturer and Stericycle procedures and with strictadherence to relative safety programs and standards including Lock OutTag Out (LOTO), Confined Space, Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, etc.Performs diagnostic evaluation on equipment and makes repairs whenneeded and is willing to be on-call and respond to urgent repairs.Ensures that repairs are performed properly in the shortest amount oftime possible to maintain the highest level of operational readiness.Performs routine, preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on avariety of machinery within the plant including but not limited to: oincinerator process equipment/systems maintenance, including burners,Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), high temperaturerefractory, controls, Process Logic Controllers (PLC), combustion airblowers, pressure controls and conveyance systems. o air pollutioncontrol devices, to include bag houses, evaporative coolers, acidabsorbers, and carbon beds. o Various Pumps and related components. oHydraulic systems, hosing and valves, cylinders. o pH control andchemical injection o fire tube boiler and ancillary equipment, steamdelivery systems, water softeners and other water treatment equipment,air handling equipment, commercial washers, pneumatic and hydraulicsystems, and conveyor systems. o steam turbine and electrical generatorsystems. o general air pneumatics, including air compressor, regulators,solenoid valves, 2-way...
