Ifso, Masters Gallery Foods is looking for someone just like you to joinour team as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor. As the 3rd ShiftMaintenance Supervisor, you\'ll be responsible for planning, organizing,and supervising a team of Maintenance Technicians to meet departmentalshort-term objectives that will accomplish the long-term goals. Providestrong leadership and management capability to implement customerfocused processes and improvements in cost reduction, quality, safety,and asset ROI. What You Can Offer Electro-Mechanical Degree, SupervisoryManagement Certification, Industrial Electrical Journeyman, MaintenanceMechanic/Millwright Journeyman, Maintenance Technician Journeyman, or arelated field or equivalent experience is required. Three to five yearsof maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging or similarmanufacturing environment required, plus two to three years ofsupervisory / lead experience. Excellent working knowledge ofmanufacturing facilities and equipment. Strong knowledge of workmanagement processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing. Strongunderstanding of OSHA safety practices and procedures. Strong technicalknowledge and understanding of various maintenance disciplines, such asmechanical, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Ability toovercome obstacles and have the organizational skills necessary to doso. Ability to be proactive in problem solving. Excellent leadership andteam building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Requires a high level of confidentiality.
