　　What you will do

　　Coordina y planifica todas las órdenes de trabajo preventivo/predictivo de las áreas de manufactura

　　asignadas. Asiste en proyectos especiales generados por el departamento de mantenimiento y otros

　　departamentos de la planta incluyendo ordenes de trabajo correctivo y de calibración.

　　Coordinates and schedules all the preventive/predictive work orders of assigned areas. Support special projects

　　generated by the Maintenance Department and by other departments of the Plant including corrective work orders

　　and calibrations .

Immediately notifies the supervisor of any incident (including spills in general) or accident (including injuries and/or occupational illness) in the organization.

　　Participar activamente en el Programa de Ejercicios Ergonómicos de su área de trabajo. Actively participates in the Ergonomics Exercise Program of the work area.

　　Cumplir con las responsabilidades de miembro del Equipo de Manejo de Incidentes (si aplica). Complies with the responsibilities as a member of the Incident Management Team (as applicable).

　　Proveer apoyo en el recibo, planificación, estimados de trabajo y coordinación de las órdenes de trabajo relacionadas con reparaciones y el mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo. Provides support in the receiving, planning, work estimates, and the coordination of work orders related to repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance.

　　Trabajar como custodio y usuario del Sistema “Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)”. Mantener el programa al día diariamente y realizar auditorías periódicas para asegurar el uso apropiado del sistema. Works as the custodian and user of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Procures to keep the program up to date on a daily basis and performs periodic audits to ensure the proper use of the system.

　　Revisar las órdenes de trabajo, clarificar detalles con el originador asegurando el objetivo de la orden de trabajo. Prestar atención especial a las órdenes de trabajo para acciones correctivas y preventivas. Reviews work orders, clarifies details with the originator to ensure the objective of the work order. Pay special attention to work orders for corrective and preventive actions.

　　Asegurar que las órdenes de trabajo (preventivo and correctivo) están debidamente aprobadas y que la fecha de término es alcanzable. Assures that work orders (preventive and corrective) are properly approved and that the completion date is achievable.

　　Hacer el estimado del costo de los trabajos a realizarse en términos de tiempo, materiales, piezas de repuesto y contratistas externos, de ser necesarios. After receiving the work order, makes costs estimates of the work to be performed in terms of time, materials, spare parts and the hiring of outside contractors, if needed.

　　Trabajar en equipo con el área de manufactura impactada y el grupo de planificación (“Planning”). Coordinar el equipo, las facilidades o la disponibilidad de maquinaria para ejecutar efectivamente la orden de servicio. Si es posible, integra el itinerario de calibración con los trabajos de mantenimiento para minimizar el impacto al negocio. Provides team work to the impacted manufacturing area and to the Planning group. Coordinates equipment, facilities or the machinery availability to effectively execute the work order. If possible, integrates calibration itinerary with the maintenance works to minimize business impact.

　　Coordinar, adiestrar y someter acceso a los usuarios del sistema CMMS. Coordinates, trains and submit access to CMMS users.

　　Discutir itinerario de trabajo, diariamente, por turno y por Mecánico Operador ó Técnico Especialista de Mantenimiento, al menos un día antes de que dicho itinerario se ejecute. Revisar los planes de mantenimiento con los lideres de las diferentes áreas de producción. Discuss a daily work schedule, by shift and by Mechanic Operator or Maintenance Specialist Technician,

　　at least one day prior to the execution of the work schedule. Personally, delivers the work schedule to the respective maintenance engineer of the area for its execution. Review the maintenance plans with the production areas leaders.

　　Ayudar en los preparativos de “shutdowns” de la planta y verificar los requisitos de trabajo de los departamentos y grupos de trabajo con los supervisores de mantenimiento y operaciones, proyectos y grupos de apoyo. Assists in the preparation of “Plant Shutdowns” and verifies all work requirements of departments and work groups with the maintenance supervisors operations, projects and support groups.

　　Adquirir pre-aprobación del supervisor directo del Mecánico Operador ó Técnico Especialista de Mantenimiento si el trabajo va a ser completado en tiempo extra. Acquires a pre-approval from the direct supervisor of the Mechanic Operator or Maintenance Specialist Technician if the job will be completed in overtime.

　　Liderar a las reuniones semanales de planificación y reunirse con el grupo táctico para asegurar que los canales de comunicación son adecuados y claros. Leads the weekly plan meetings and meets with the tactical group to ensure that the communication channels are appropriate and clear.

　　Establecer comunicación constante con los planificadores de producción para minimizar cualquier posible interferencia entre producción y los trabajos de mantenimiento. 　　Asegurar cumplir con la documentación requerida por el Ingeniero Ambiental cuando la orden de trabajo tiene algún impacto ambiental. Ensures compliance with any documentation required by the Environmental Engineer when the work order has any environmental impact.

　　Asegurar cumplimiento con todas las regulaciones de cGMPs, Seguridad, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía en todo momento. Ensures compliance with all regulations of cGMPs, Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics at all times.

　　Planificar y llevar el control de los trabajos realizados por el personal contratista para las órdenes de trabajos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos. Plans and keeps control of the work performed by contractors for the preventive, predictive and corrective work orders.

　　Ser responsable de generar varios reportes: Is accountable of generating various reports:

　　Plan de Mantenimiento Semanal. Weekly Maintenance Plan

　　Estatus de las Ordenes de Trabajo. Work Orders Status

　　Preparar solicitud de servicio para calibraciones de emergencia o cambios de instrumentos. Prepares service request for emergency calibrations or change of instruments

　　Qualifications

　　Required Qualifications

　　Grado asociado de una universidad acreditada. Bachillerato en sistemas de información o Ingeniería, preferido Education: Associate degree of an accredited university. Bachelor degree in Information Systems or Engineering, preferred.

　　Uno a tres (1-3) años de experiencia con Sistemas de Mantenimiento, cGMPs y procesos de manufactura en una industria farmacéutica. Experience: One to three (1-3) years of experience working with Maintenance Systems, cGMPs and Manufacturing Processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

　　Trabajo liviano que requiere esfuerzo físico. Requiere además destrezas de comunicación, coordinación ojo-mano y la capacidad de movimiento, discriminación visual y auditiva. Ocasionalmente levanta, carga, mueve y hala objetos. Physical Demands: Light work which requires physical effort. It also requires skills in communication, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to move, visual and auditory discrimination. Occasionally lifts, carries, moves, and pulls objects.

　　Bilingue Espanol/Ingles oral y escrito. Bilingual (Spanish/English) oral and written.

　　Desired Qualifications

　　Conocimiento en sistemas computadorizados, procesos de Manufactura, cGMPs, OSHA y otras regulaciones aplicables a la industria farmacéutica. Knowledgeable in Computerized Systems, Manufacturing Processes, cGMPs, OSHA and other pharmaceutical industry applicable regulations

　　Destrezas trabajando con SOPs y con documentación regulatoria. Skills working with SOPs and compliance related documentation.
