　　About the Role:

　　The Maintenance Owner is responsible for all outcomes associated with the maintenance of one or several line(s): Ensures communication between operations and maintenance and correct prioritization for maintenance activities. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Define standard processes and tools to handle defects and ensures that processes are executed properly

　　Follow up with operators to ensure that any defects were handled properly

　　Support operators in identifying and solving problems that caused breakdowns

　　Determine planned maintenance needs and prioritize / schedule the process for conducting planned maintenance

　　Train and coach operators to handle different aspects of maintenance

　　About You:

　　Demonstrates good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive insights

　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　Exposure to moving mechanical parts when near equipment at plant or equipment manufacturing sites 70% of time

　　Noise level when near equipment at plant or equipment at plant or equipment manufacturing sites 70% of time

　　Standing 50% of time
