WHAT YOU\'LL BRING
* High school diploma and 4 years\' direct experience in appliedmechanical maintenance.
* Experience operating and/or repairing various types of equipment andmachinery. (e.g.; lawn mower, chainsaw, tractor, backhoe, bulldozer,dump truck, two-way radio, etc.).
* Experience working with electrical, plumbing, welding, and concrete.
* Experience coordinating teams to complete construction and repairprojects.
* Must have a valid driver\'s license. Please indicate this in yourresume.
* Must be able to obtain related licenses or certifications required toparticipate in prescribed burns or CPR, first aid, etc.
* Must be qualified as a Fire Fighter Type 2 (FFT2) or willingness toachieve in a short timeframe, including Introduction to ICS (I-100),Human Factors on the Fire line (L-180), Introduction to Wild land FireBehavior (S-190), Firefighting Training (S-130), and one training burnserving under the supervision of a qualified FFT2. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience working with or knowledge of natural systems.
* Ability to recognize plant and animal species t complete preservemanagement activities.
* Ability to complete tasks independently and manage diverse activitiesunder deadlines.
* PC familiarity.

* Firearm possession/use is permitted under the following instances:
o Euthanasia
o Preserve Stewardship and Management: Control of certain animals.
