　　Responsible to perform a range of HVAC-R repairs and services on commercial equipment applications including but not limited to Chillers, Cooling Towers, and AIR Handling Units. Applicant is primary operator of District wide DDC control for over 850,000 Sq. Ft. including scheduling of equipment, calibration, and troubleshooting. This is operator/programmer level responsibility for all aspects of building HVAC controls. Strong computer and logic skills are required. Electrical troubleshooting and other mechanical repairs are also required.

　　High School diploma. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills; dependability, thoroughness and ability to work well with others; strong organization; capable of following oral and written instructions.

　　All applicants are required to be holders of the following licenses: New York State Drivers License (Class D)

　　Applicants are suggested to have:
