　　JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Mechanic

　　Job Title: Maintenance B

　　Department:  Maintenance         

　　Reports to: Maintenance Manager

　　[Job Description]{.underline}: Will conduct equipment maintenance PM and repair as assigned

　　[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES]{.underline}

　　Assist in the maintenance of all facilities equipment

　　Assist in the troubleshooting of machines for all mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubles

　　With minor instruction run, install, re-plumb and repair any piping systems for equipment or facility

　　Train, teach and instruct all junior level maintenance in the operation, troubleshooting and repair of all facilities systems and equipment

　　Assist all other maintenance and other departments as instructed with repairs to the equipment or facility

　　Document through the CMMS system the completion of all assigned tasks

　　Comply with all company safety policies and rules

　　Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor

　　Comply with all quality objectives to ensure the highest quality products

　　[JOB REQUIREMENTS:]{.underline}

　　Minimum 3 years advanced mechanical maintenance experience

　　Ability to utilize special testing and inspection equipment. (vacuum gauges, pressure gauges, etc.)

　　Ability to read, understand, correct or modify mechanical schematics and prints

　　Ability to troubleshoot problems and recommend and/or apply equitable solutions

　　Ability to follow all safety rules and policies

　　Ability to operate a Lift Truck

　　Ability to operate and rig overhead cranes and lifts

　　Ability to express complex thoughts and ideas in an oral or written medium

　　Ability to lift a min of 80 pounds safely and correctly
