　　The Administrative Services Division *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill a *Maintenance Mechanic 3 *position. This position is located in our *Headquarters Office in* *Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.

　　In this role, you have the unique opportunity to take ownership of the daily functions and needs of the entire Department of Ecology headquarters building in Lacey. With over 300,000 square feet of office space, lab, and storage spaces plus the surrounding 48-acre property, you will be involved in many different projects throughout the spectrum of trades as the building's maintenance technician. Your days will include general maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to, patch and paint of walls, minor electrical repairs, building HVAC system controls monitoring and settings, plumbing, and vendor relations.
