　　3M is seeking Maintenance Mechanic candidates in Hebron, Kentucky.

　　As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

　　Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve mechanical and electrical equipment and components

　　Contribute to engineering by participating in development and coordination of engineering projects, including design, procurement and installation ofnew equipment and modification of existing equipment when determined by plant leadership to be necessary

　　Perform safe work task to include LOTO on all plant equipment as required and wearing or proper PPE

　　Maintain a safe and organized work environment true to 3M Hebron, KY standards

　　Participate in lean manufacturing kaizen events, Tier 2 discussion, and layered process audits

　　Your Skills and Expertise

　　To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

　　Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

　　Minimum five (5) years of experience in Maintenance Mechanics or Systems Technology in a military or manufacturing environment

　　Weekend work, working overtime, second and rotating schedule, working on holidays and short notice shift coverage as needed

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　Possess an associate degree or certificate program in maintenance related systems training

　　Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings

　　Possess good documentation and communication skills

　　Work location:

　　Onsite Hebron, Kentucky.

　　The starting rate of pay for this position is $35.76 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
