　　Role Overview

　　The Maintenance Manager is responsible for keeping the facility in good and safe operating conditions and leading teams of maintenance technicians. ensuring operational efficiency, developing maintenance procedures, carrying out inspections, identifying and resolving issues, and lead the improvement projects. Ensure the full compliance to the company’s maintenance and project management procedures & control requirements and all polices. The role will report to the Plant Manager. The position will be based in 6th of October City, Egypt.

　　Role Scope:

　　Manage entire maintenance team, making sure each team member is efficiently and successfully filling maintenance roles.

　　Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve the response and execution of predictive and preventative actions.

　　Supervise and manage the daily maintenance operations, employee performance, preventative maintenance, and safety processes.

　　Establish clear processes and procedures for planning maintenance, conducting repairs, and completing facility updates.

　　Lead the full implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance plans.

　　Monitor machines efficiency, noting when fine tuning can be done to improve output and increase efficiency.

　　Perform daily repairs and ensure all machines in place are in perfect and safe working order.

　　Full cooperation with the EHS team to ensure the full effective implementation of all safety procedures, polices and requirements.

　　Support the EHS team to maintain the ISO 14001 & 45001 certifications and ensure all maintenance system are up to date to avoid any findings related to maintenance.

　　Full cooperation with the quality team to ensure the full effective implementation of all quality and food safety procedures, polices and requirements.

　　Support the quality team to maintain ISO 9001 & FSSC 22000, NFSA certifications and ensure all maintenance system are up to date to avoid any findings related to maintenance.

　　Full support for all internal, external, and legal audits to avoid any findings or noncompliance related to maintenance.

　　Coordinate with the productions and warehouses teams to create the most effective maintenance plans to ensure the safe operation and the best utilization of our production capacities.

　　Manage maintenance expenses and capital to ensure necessary activities came within budget year after year.

　　Lead the full planning and implementation of all projects and support all other running projects / CAPEX.

　　Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.

　　Manage relationships with maintenance contractors and service providers.

　　Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Education or Academic Background:

　　Bachelor’s degree from reputable University in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant qualifications.Knowledge and Skills

　　Proven experience as maintenance manager

　　Mechanical and/ or electrical expertise.

　　Experience in planning maintenance operations

　　Experience in maintenance, repair, and safety

　　Established managerial and leadership abilities.

　　Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and oral

　　Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and critical thinking

　　Excellent Time-Management skills & ability to meet deadlines.

　　Hard worker – willing to accept challenges.

　　Experience:

　　Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in a similar position.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office.

　　Proficient in Project Management Professional.

　　Experience with SAP and Power BI.

　　Language:
