Role &Responsibility Facility Maintenance Provide the necessary maintenanceprograms to support the Quality and Delivery requirements of the plant.TPM process owner Responsible for acquiring required material handlingequipment. Direct and assist subordinate area supervisor, electronictechnicians and schedule expeditor to ensure the effective operation ofthe maintenance function of the facility. Ensure a safe working andcomfortable environment. Work with city, state and federal departmentsto insure company is in compliance with all regulations. ProjectCoordination Responsible for coordinating projects involving theengineering, construction, remodeling and conservation of companyproperties to include land, buildings and equipment. Coordinate theservices of non-company engineers, architects, consultants andcontractors for those programs and projects necessitating outsideassistance. Direct responsibility for ensuring alignment with otherdepartments to achieve company goals. Team Development Prepare andmaintain job descriptions on all direct and indirect hourly employeesincluding review of all new or changed jobs. Direct selection, training,compensation, discipline and development of departmental personnel. JobRequirement Education: Engineering-Mechanical - Bachelor\'s DegreeExperience: 7\>10 years Travel: \< 10% Total Productive Maintenance(TPM). Good mechanical inclination. Knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics,Electrical and Electronics. Basic computer skills. Ability to followwritten instructions. Interpersonal and communication skills. Problemsolving skills.
