Southwestern Energy is hiring a Maintenance Foreman for our Morgantown, West Virginia office.
To be successful in this role you will:
Report directly to the Maintenance Superintendent and will be responsible for the maintenance and construction of production equipment including but not limited to gas pipeline, compression, separation and dehydration units, oil stabilization units, tank batteries, emission control devices, vapor recovery units as well as management of one-call system. Successful candidate will be an HSE Leader and Champion of SWN policies and initiatives. Position involves coordinating with contract labor crews, managing site equipment, and ordering of materials to successfully complete assigned projects.
Ability to lead and take responsibility for site safety, project timelines, and quality of work.
Interface with multiple teams to coordinate installation and maintenance of natural gas production facilities, piping, and equipment to include multiple third-party contractors/suppliers.
Perform cost tracking on all supervised projects.
Read and interpret plans and specifications and execute projects in accordance with same
Must be familiar with the process flow of natural gas facilities and have experience in the construction or modification of those sites.
Clearly and effectively communicate with other groups and interested parties both written and orally.
Prepares or completes various forms, reports, correspondence, logs, performance evaluations, schedules, budget documents, purchase orders, production reports, daily work reports, accident reports, work orders, call-out sheets, vehicle maintenance records, material lists, or other documents.
Attends meetings and makes presentations as needed.
Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
Address schedule conflicts, sub-contractor failures, weather delays, critical path delays.
Other duties as assigned.
Your Background Includes:
Three (3) years experience construction and maintenance of production facilities, pipelines, and equipment.
Regular attendance is required as outlined in the company’s attendance policy.
Valid driver’s license required.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 50 lbs. periodically.
Work may be required on NIGHTS and/or WEEKENDS periodically depending on workload.
Must possess effective communication skills with ability to handle difficult situations.
