Ensures the operation of heating/cooling, electrical, and plumbing equipment. Responds to Work Order Requests for medical equipment. Verifies appropriate operation of heating/cooling equipment via computer monitoring. Responsible for the operation, repairs, and preventative maintenance for the facilities including electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Performs corrective maintenance on general and medical equipment to ensure proper operation. Hours include rotating weekends and call shifts. Other duties as assigned.
