This vital role will work closelywith the Director of Engineering and Engineering Leaders to successfullyexecute all operations relating to this position, resulting in high levelsof guest satisfaction and associate development. This highly motivatedindividual will ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotelenvironment while providing maintenance services to guests in a courteous,professional and engaging manner.We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals who love contributingto a winning team. If you have building maintenance experience in a hotel orsimilar environment, we would love to speak with you about this role.Salary for this position: $25.00 - $29.00/hour (based onexperience). 　　Responsibilities

　　Receive direction for house calls via radio.Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms, mechanical rooms,restaurants/outlets, kitchens/kitchen equipment and public areas toinclude but not limited to air handlers, boilers and chillers.Assist with repairs as needed throughout the building that are identified byguests and associates.Clean all work areas after completing job.Fill out Daily Work requests in Synergy.Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and otheremergencies.Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.Assist hotel guests with any guest room maintenance issues (plumbing,lighting, electrical, painting, etc)Assist with the cleanliness and mechanical operations of pool, hot tub andpool deck areas.Assist with ice melt around the hotel and ensuring all areas remain safe underinclement weather.Assist with security walks throughout the shift of all areas of the hotel.Perform preventative maintenance responsibilities on all guest rooms asassigned.Work as a team to keep the back of house areas and equipment in safe andacceptable working order.Assist/oversee external contractors in repairs of hotel property andequipment.Completion of all assigned work orders and daily tasks.Have a thorough understanding of OSHA rules and regulations and attendOmni's OSHA safety classes when requested.Be familiar with all hotel amenities, facilities and operations.ENVIRONMENT & POSITION ANALYSIS:Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing upto 50-100 pounds without assistance. Stand, walk or sit for an extendedperiod or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion, includingutilizing telephone/computer for an extended period or for an entire shift.TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:Painting/finishing tools and equipment, ladder, computers, push totalk radio, hotel locking systems, power hand tools, basic hand tools(ie. hammer, screwdriver, etc.), and any other tool/equipment
