About MAINTENANCE CLERK

　　JOB TITLE : Maintenance Clerk

　　LOCATION : JBS Omaha, NE

　　REPORTING TO : Maintenance Superintendent/Plant Engineer

　　Essential Job Functions :

　　Complete and send reports daily including reports on shrink, costs and expenses and PMs

　　Log PMs and work orders for all shifts, printing, filing and making PM packets

　　Filing paperwork and data entry

　　Attendance record keeping

　　All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Superintendent or Plant Engineer

　　Qualifications and Requirements :

　　Must be detailed oriented

　　Previous clerical experience preferred

　　Must have strong verbal and written skills

　　Must be able to communicate professionally

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office

　　Must be able to work Saturdays when needed
