Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
A minimum of two years’ experience in similar position.
Knowledge of the standard practices, procedures and tools required in the general building trades, general knowledge of stationary equipment operation and management. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to work with male and female adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with Facility Service Director in all areas of facility repairs and maintenance issues
Works with all outside vendors. Complies with all safety policy with patients, staff and visitors
Complies with Company Policy in receiving all goods
Keep all vans in good working condition following safety policy
Performs the preventative maintenance schedule and
performs service as needed on facility equipment
Performs the general maintenance schedule and repair to facility and facility equipment as directed
Replenishes supplies and maintains cleaning equipment so that it remains in good working condition
Backs housekeeping department as needed
Completes mandatory Essential Learning on-line training
Emergency on call as needed
Other duties as directed to maintain goals and objectives of facility
All other duties as assigned
