Randstad is looking for a Maintenance Tech for a company in the Greeneville, TN area. The hours of this position will be 6pm-6am and it will be on a 2/2/3 schedule. This is a direct hire position as well. Please call our office if you're interested in ing. 423/638-9946

salary: $56,160 - $62,400 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair machine Electro-Mechanical malfunctions, utilizing appropriate test equipment to analyze problems and correct deficiencies - Minimum Test equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, Laptop computers.

Be able to work effectively with Automation and Instrumentation devices in support of engineering and engineering technicians.

Troubleshoot equipment Motor and Drive hardware and control Issues.

Follow All proactive safety measures to include but not limited to NEC, NFPA, and other pertinent safety codes. Ensure safety procedures, such as Lock-Out Tag-Out, Arc Flash are always followed

Maintain extensive knowledge of production systems.

strong fundamental understanding of 3 phase electrical systems, machine/motion control systems, electro-mechanical systems, VFD and Servo systems

Support the Parts department by assisting with identifying and maintaining parts used on the equipment and inventory of repair parts and manufacturing supplies

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
