About Mail Clerk

　　Duration:2Months contract with possible FTE

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Duties include time stamping, opening, reading, sorting, and routing incoming mail; sealing, stamping, and affixing postage to outgoing mail or packages; and keeping necessary records.Weighs packages or letters, computes charges using weight scale and rate chart.Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution.At times, will be asked to operate production level, high speed scanners, printers, mail inserting machines and postage meters.Comfortable with Microsoft products including Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.Position can require sitting or standing for long periods of time depending on function.Position requires a close attention to details.About US Tech Solutions:
