　　Position Summary

　　This position is for a mechanically inclined individual who possesses a positive attitude and desire to continuously improve. This person will be a key player in the Quick Changeover Pit Crew team initiative. The Pit Crew Technicians main role will be to handle parts after they have been sorted before they are stored and shipped.

　　Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

　　Computer proficiency to use and modify computer software for the automated inspection of products. - operators are required to use multiple versions of inspection software.

　　Process paperwork and production using Acuments Inventory control software. Including the making of labels, completing all paperwork, and documentation as required.

　　Manage machine production changeovers per documented procedures

　　Monitor and ensure daily quality control measures are met.

　　Maintain a clean and orderly work area

　　Handle and dump parts into machine

　　Ensure machine and component parts are running properly

　　Weigh, stack, and move full boxes onto pallets

　　Maintain records, documents and files as instructed

　　Move parts by hand truck or forklift if needed

　　All other activities as assigned by Supervisor

　　Qualifications-Education/Experience

　　Required:

　　Flexibility to work in a variety of assignments.

　　Ability to read and understand work instructions and procedures.

　　Ability to learn to use QA gaging and measuring instruments.

　　Understanding of basic math skills.

　　Ability to use a hand truck or forklift as required.

　　Good mechanical aptitude.

　　Problem solving skills.

　　Good communication skills.
