In Heading Process, each setter will be handling 5 machines & producing the output of about 250,000 to 300,000 pcs/day. Due to the unavailability of each headcounts, we will be losing the Output of about 4 ,500,000 pcs per WK.

　　Unavailability of the mentioned headcount may results in increasing 'OT Cost & Buysell cost'. And, It leads to delivery issues to customer also.

　　So, we need the headcount ASAP since it will take minimum 3 months to train them & become skillful enough to handle alteast one type of machines on their own.
