　　Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　Set up the Extruder with tooling and designated parameters, knowledge to navigate the touch screen control panelsAbility to perform a tip and die change also assemble and disassemble tooling and cleanout the ExtruderPrep with and without the need to grind and shape a variety of blades, ability to deburr bladesAbility to install, set-up and operate a spooling machineCutter Guide and Blade set-up, install, set-up proper gap between cutter guides, clear safety fault when neededAbility to read customer specs in order to set-up equipment to correct speed, length, and laser reader settingsInspect parts to ensure customer specifications are met, maintain clean working environmentAbility to perform Extrusion line clearance
