Basic Qualifications: *High School diploma or equivalent*An understanding of machining/fabricating fundamentals *Experienceworking with fabrication machines, specifically millingmachine/Brake/Turret drill press, saw, grinder. AdditionalQualifications: *Ability to effectively communicate *Contributes toidentifying problems and implementing appropriate countermeasures.*Intermediate PC knowledge. *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts *Strong problem solving and reasoning skills *Ability toperform reading, writing, and math functions. Preferred Qualifications:*Preferred experience on equipment and automation consistent with ametal fabrication, paint, and assembly operation. *Intermediatemechanical aptitude, ability to understand complex issues andsystematically work toward resolution. *Ability to interpret drawings,schematics and machine specifications.
