JOB REQUIREMENTS: Company Generac Power Systems Name Machine Operator -Fabrication I- 1st Shift Req # 63966 Employment Type Full Time Shift1st The Machine Operator -- Fabrication I is expected to perform underthe direction of the area supervisor, manufacture parts per plantspecification in an accurate and timely manner utilizing a CNC MachiningCenter/Fabrication equipment while recognizing safety and efficiencies.Basic Qualifications: *High School diploma or equivalent *Anunderstanding of machining/fabricating fundamentals *Ability to performreading, writing, and math functions. Additional Qualifications:*Ability to effectively communicate *Contributes to identifyingproblems and implementing appropriate countermeasures. *Intermediate PCknowledge. *Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products *Strongproblem solving and reasoning skills *Ability to interpret drawings,schematics and machine specifications. Preferred Qualifications:*Preferred experience on equipment and automation consistent with ametal fabrication, paint, and assembly operation. *Intermediatemechanical aptitude, ability to understand complex issues andsystematically work toward resolution.
