Native Resources International, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ, Phone:623-869-6757, is seeking to employ twelve (12) Machine Operators, fortemporary, full-time employment to: to set up, operate, or tend sawsor machines that cut or trim wood to specified dimensions, such ascircular saws, band saws, multiple-blade sawing machines, scroll saws,ripsaws, or crozer machines. May mount attachments or tools ontoproduction equipment. To inspect lumber and raw woodstock, examine logsor lumber to plan the best cuts, trim excess material from workpieces,and trim lumber to straighten rough edges or remove defects, usingcircular saws.
Workers are needed to begin work on April 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024.Work will be performed in Phoenix, Arizona including in the county ofMaricopa. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. No education isrequired.No experience is required.
Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday,hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM and will be paid no less than \$18.84 per hourand overtime at a rate no less than \$28.26 per hour. The employer willuse a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workerswill be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check.
All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will bemade. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation andsubsistence expenses (\$15.46 per day minimum, without receipts, to amaximum of \$59.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which theworker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad,to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of theperiod of employment covered by the job order (not counting anyextensions). In determining the appropriate amount of reimbursement formeals for less than a full day, the employer may provide for mealexpense reimbursement, with receipts, up to 75 percent of the maximumreimbursement for meals, or \$44.25. The employer may arrange and payfor the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimumthe most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of thetransportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker\'sdeparture, or pay the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by theworker. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred bythe H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other chargesprimarily for the benefit of the worker).
