　　Responsibilities:

　　Perform daily preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.Run automated ammo load operations at the designated production rate.Confidently and accurately use quality measurement equipment to maintain product standards.Utilize the company's provided ERP system for production tracking and reporting.Strictly adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations, ensuring a secure workplace.Maintain compliance with ISO requirements and standards.Follow internal product traceability procedures to guarantee quality control.Adhere to and manage company attendance policies.Demonstrate a willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.Maintain and promote a positive attitude while contributing as a team player.Qualifications:

　　Some manufacturing experience is required.Ammunition experience desired.Ability to perform machine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.Proficient in the use of quality measurement equipment.Familiarity with ERP systems for production tracking.Strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety regulations.Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining product quality.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required.Must pass background check and drug screeningCompetitive wage and benefits with opportunities for skill development.
