　　Machine Operators are responsible for following:

　　Maintaining Personal GMP's, Machine Sanitary conditions and good housekeeping in the Processing and filling area.Ensuring management of allergens is followed, where applicable, such as uniform policy, use of colour coded sanitation tools.Operating the machines as per instructions given during training.Performing Cleaning In Place (CIP) and general cleanings of the machine and surrounding area as per required frequency.Ensuring and coordinating feeding of materials & documenting the lot #'s of the materialsPeriodically checking for quality and documenting the information.Perform assigned cleaning tasks during startup, shut downEnsuring Machine is stopped prior to performing any corrective actionMaintaining safety at workplace- wearing PPE wherever required.Managing Spill control- first respondent, Lead and direct team members dispensing all line wastes at correct waste stream.Spill control is a way to control the potential for cross contamination of allergens.Performing any other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.
