Description:

　　Global solutions provider for precision stainless and specialty alloy tubing products. They serve diverse industries such as power generation, renewable, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial.

　　Job Description:

　　-Running the Mill machine which is bending metal into pipe form

　　-Change out the metal rolls which can be anywhere from every 2-12 hours

　　-Troubleshoot and perform any minor mechanical repairs, quality checks, and adjustments on the machines. (Need to have some knowledge of 3-phase, 480 volt to be able to understand that someone needs to be called to fix any major electrical problem.)

　　-Will have to weld a minor strip to connect the metal

　　-Basic preventative maintenance at the machine

　　Annual pay raises and bonus programs based off of company sales, safety and the candidates attendance. Around 5% of their yearly salary

　　Most Mill Operators come in around $18-23/hr

　　Tenured Mill Operators can get up to $30 an hour

　　$2.00 dollar raise after 120 days

　　$2 premium for B shift

　　$6 premium for C shift

　　$8 premium for D shift
