　　Machine Operator for Composite Products

　　Shifts available:

　　4:00am - 12:30pm

　　12:00pm -8:30pm

　　7:00pm - 5:30pm

　　Pay: DOE (+ shift differentials)

　　Position Summary

　　This position manufactures composite products as determined by production schedules and the direction of supervision.

　　Principle A ccountabilities

　　Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Works overtime as assigned.

　　Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e.: cleaning, organizing). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor.

　　Ensures all equipment is properly locked out and tagged out to set up semi-automated machine; ensures molds, sensors, forms, vibrators, tables, pallets, machinery, etc. are fully functional and set up properly prior to use; sets up semi-automated machine to produce a number of concrete products per production drawings or specifications; inspects the set height, concrete mixture, moisture to concrete ratio, and amount of concrete ordered prior to running semi-automated machine; ensures everyone is in a safe area prior to running semi-automated machine.

　　Manufactures products in accordance with standard operating procedures; inspects the forming to ensure the forming is properly set up and ready for production; installs a variety of different molds and makes appropriate adjustments per operating manual prior to running machine; monitors automated system to ensure product is manufactured correctly.

　　Strips finished product from molds and stacks in the product area utilizing overhead crane and proper lifting devices; finishes concrete according to specifications. Cleans machine once production is completed for the day.

　　Preferred Experience: Between 1 and 2 years.

　　Ability to read and interpret production drawings.

　　Machine operation related computer skills.

　　Skilled with the use of tools and measurement devices.
