　　The Machine Operator operates the CNC machine to cut and build rollers. Sets up and operates a variety of machines.

　　ResponsibilitiesMeasures and sets up machines to manufacture a high volume of parts.Performs machine shop and mold press operations to support Assembly.Detects defective materials and questionable conditions and reports to the manager.Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.Follows safety regulations.Performs preventative maintenance on machines.

　　QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year of related experienceAbility to use a band saw, hand tools and calipers and perform milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, molding, and all bench operations.Ability to read blueprints.Basic math skillsKnowledge of standard and metric measurementsKnowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniquesSelf-motivated and detail-orientedTeam orientation**
