Job Description

　　Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is an independent company and global supplier of structural airplane parts such as precision components, kits, and assemblies for the aerospace industry. 　　Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, an inspector grade 2 shall be able to perform any and all types of minor inspections using any equipment, caliper, micrometer, pin gages, etc., necessary to perform those inspections. The inspector grade 2 shall be able to work with minimal supervision while accomplishing all required inspections. The inspector grade 2 must be able to work with an inspector grade 3 on more complex parts, when necessary.

　　Requirements

　　Must be able to use all inspection equipment necessary be perform the essential functions listed above. (I.e., height gage, sine plate, indicators, etc.)

　　Must be able to read and interpret part drawings to the extent necessary to perform inspections noted above.

　　Must be able to read and interpret process specifications to the extent necessary to perform the inspections noted above.

　　Must have demonstrated understanding of the requirements and interpretation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing to be able to perform the inspections noted above. Satisfactory demonstrated ability to find interpretations with the assistance of the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Standard, ANSI/AMSE Y14.5.

　　Shift: Friday - Sunday 5am - 6pm
