We have shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift as well.You will receive one-on-one training. Summary Sets up, adjusts, andoperates folding machines by performing the following duties: EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may beassigned. Examines work order to determine specifications and sampleverification. Supplies proper tooling and components to the foldingmachines. Sets up folding machine per sample and order jacketspecifications. Troubleshoots operating difficulties including:analyzing machine operations, inspection of products, locatingtroublesome elements within machines and makes necessary mechanicaladjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines. Maintainsaccurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids. Adjustsfolding machine and packs envelopes uniformly and neatly, also keepingup with the machine speed. Replaces gum window roll and roll of paper,as needed. Checks order throughout course of production to ensureaccurate labeling, printing, and packaging of product. Removes paperjams and performs preventative maintenance when scheduled. Transportsfinished goods to appropriate area.
