Long term contract, 365 Project Manager, ONSITE

　　Description:

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept M365 Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects related to the implementation, migration, and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption and utilization of M365 tools across the organization, driving efficiency and productivity gains.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead and manage the implementation of new M365 features, applications, and services, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

　　Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and communication strategies.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business units, stakeholders) to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage project expectations.

　　Oversee the migration of data and applications to M365, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.

　　Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

　　Conduct user training and adoption initiatives, promoting effective utilization of M365 tools.

　　Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and risk assessments.

　　Stay current on the latest M365 technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.

　　Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment within the project team.
