Here, you will make an impact by:Design and lead implementation of high- and low-level solutions using Microsofts Modern Workplace technologies, including M365, Power Platform, and AzureEnsure successful definition and technical delivery of Microsoft-based solutions utilizing available automation resources wherever possibleCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business processes and feature requirements to create viable solutionsPerform fit-gap analysis to identify the difference between the known requirements and the proposed or current solutionUnderstand and anticipate current and future data integration requirements, including Workday, Okta, and other non-M365 applicationsRemain current on Microsoft M365 and Power Platform solutions via blogs, meetups, training and other engagement opportunitiesPrimary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Technical expertMaintains technical knowledgeMaintains New HC Company-environment understandingTransfers knowledge to othersSet Product DirectionSets future direction for productDevelops implementation plansDevelops harvest plans for obsolete productsSpecialist ResponsibilitiesDevelops technical proposals for purchasesDelivers technical presentations to management & clientsProject management thinkerDevelops/maintains vendor relationship with top technical expertsCoordinate efforts to automate key operational activities in the OS delivery landscapeEnsure team is delivering project activities in accordance with current IT, Security and business guidelines.Lead the project risk management process by identifying, estimating probability and assessing impact for threats & opportunities.
