　　Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Lube Technician!

　　The Lube Technician performs car and bus service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. – no customer interaction involved! This position is located at our Service Center at 7710 Annapolis Rd, Lanham, MD 20706. 22191.

　　*This position is full time and apart from religious observances requires you to be available 40 hours/week between Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm.*

　　*Compensation for this position starts at $20.00/hour * We will pay an additional $2.00 per hour for a current Maryland State Inspection license and an additional $1.50 per hour for each ASE Certification. (additional compensation/hour for future ASE certifications)

　　Responsibilities

　　Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.

　　Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.

　　Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.

　　Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.

　　Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.

　　Maintain safe and clean work area.

　　Perform other related duties as required.

　　Qualifications

　　Must be at least 18 years of age

　　Must have one of the following:

　　Two years of automotive repair training at an accredited technical / trade school OR

　　A minimum of one year of repair experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles

　　Ownership of standard hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance on current vehicles (produced in the last 5 years) preferred

　　Must have experience using repair shop testing and service equipment

　　A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required

　　Must be able understand, read, write, and speak English

　　Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

　　Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year

　　Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
