　　ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

　　Under the supervision of physician assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.

　　Performs basic care interventions, diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given.

　　Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas.

　　Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.

　　Exhibits exceptional customer service with patients and teammates.

　　JOB REQUIREMENTS

　　Minimum EducationCurrent license as an RN in the state of KY is required. .Associate’s degree required

　　Required SkillsCertifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.Handle with Care to be received within 30 days of orientation and kept annually.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
