　　Responsibilities of an LPN:

　　Provide basic patient care and treatment

　　Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients

　　Assist with monitoring nursing staff and delegating care

　　Collaborate with registered nurses to monitor the status of residents and administer prescribed medications

　　Educate and update residents and patients on medical treatments

　　Qualifications:

　　Current licensure in good standing in the State of MN

　　CPR Certification

　　Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

　　Familiarity with medical tools and equipment

　　Ability to build rapport with residents

　　Compassionate and caring demeanor

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills
