Apply today!ResponsibilitiesAnswers phones and appropriately triages phone calls to Intake Team.Effectively communicates patient/referral information to appropriate Intake staff and branches.Obtains demographic and clinical information from clients, physician's office and other referral sources to compile referrals.Coordinates communication of referral information with Intake Specialist RN.Maintains a call log for all incoming calls.Faxes signed referrals to appropriate county/parish offices, DME, private duty, etc.Verifies new referring physician licenses on referrals taken in department.Researches coverage or pay source for each referral. Verifies commercial policies and HIQA.Any other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceCurrent LPN licenseMinimum of one (1) year experience in office procedures.Minimum of one (1) year insurance/medical experience.Equal Opportunity Employer - vets, disability.
