　　Job Duties:

　　Prep Patients

　　Vaccinations and Testing's

　　Drug Screens

　　Communicating with Labs for results

　　Contacting Referrals

　　Contract Details:

　　Mon - Fri | 40hrs a week

　　Off on Wknds and Holidays

　　13 week contract

　　$28/hr

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum 1 year LPN experience

　　Clinic experience preferred

　　Active NC or compact LPN license
