　　The Inn (Assisted Living) Nurse, under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living, will perform the primary functions of professional nurse in assessing, planning, giving direction, and evaluating the care of all residents. The Nurse is responsible for following all written policies and procedures of the facility in fulfilling specific responsibilities and participating in the team. The Nurse will support the philosophy of promoting resident independence in a residential setting and promote educational training of employees by assisting with the orientation process and providing educational topics/training to employees. Essential functions of the job include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, to be flexible and have use of all muscle groups, to be able to bend, push, and pull, stoop, climb stairs, twist wrists/fingers/waist, to be able to grasp with hands and reach forward and upward.
